The Jaguar XK8 series of cars that were introduced way back in 1996 happens to be quite popular with automotive enthusiasts for all the right reasons. Manufactured by the prestigious Ford Motor Company and marketed under the brand name of Jaguar, this grand tourer is available in both the coupe as well as the convertible versions, and was unveiled during the Geneva Motor Show of 1996.
The first generation of the XK8 was fitted with the Jaguar AJ-V8 engine which had eight cylinders that resulted in a marvellous performance, thus taking over the vacant space that the Jaguar XJS had created upon its exit.
